This role comes with a $35,000 annual leadership stipendand provides the chance to guide a vital regional program serving rural families across Kansas. The Medical Director will maintain a full complement of core Neonatology clinical duties while also providing administrative and strategic leadership to support the growth and stability of the practice. HighAcuity Practice With the Tools You Need Work in aLevel III, 36bed NICUequipped to deliver advanced neonatal care, including: HighFrequency Ventilation- manage complex respiratory cases with confidence Inhaled Nitric Oxide- support infants with pulmonary hypertension Total Body Cooling- provide neuroprotective therapy for HIE aEEG- enhance neurological monitoring and decisionmaking Average Daily Census of25 at Stormont Pediatric subspecialty support includingcardiology, neurology general surgery, and endocrinology.
