We are seeking an Engineering & Systems Integration and Implementation Professional to serve as the W93/Mk7 Hardware System Integration Lead. In this key role, you will manage hardware integration, schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and safety compliance across multiple organizations. You will act as a critical liaison among system component liaisons, test leads, Production Readiness Teams (PRTs), hardware build committees, and federal stakeholders including the Navy and the National Nuclear Security Agency (NNSA). Your responsibilities will include negotiating hardware delivery timelines and pedigree requirements, tracking hardware status through planners and databases, and assessing impacts of schedule changes on overall program timelines. You will apply systems engineering principles to hardware integration and test execution, perform technical impact analyses and risk assessments, and ensure safety compliance particularly related to high explosives and special handling procedures. Effective communication and coordination across multiple teams and external partners are essential to the success of this role. On any given day, you may be called on to:
Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant will be required to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Minimal travel is required for this position. Salary Range

The W93 Flight and System Enabling Technology Department is responsible for Flight Test planning and integration, System test asset builds, and the entire suite of logistics including the Integrated Surety Architecture. We directly engage across much of the Nuclear Security Enterprise including SNL/CA, LANL, PX, NNSA, LM, Navy, and KCNSC. Posting Duration

Position requires a Department of Energy (DOE) Q security clearance to start, or equivalent active security clearance with another U.S. government agency (e.g., DOD).
