Qualifications and Skills The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in an Operations or Engineering Program and have completed their Sophomore year of College. Excellent technical, verbal, written and presentations skills. Problem solving and individual initiative to take ownership of issues and lead to resolution are highly desirable. o Strong desire to learn about managing a production team and equipment. o Learn Lean Mfg and Continuous Improvement concepts. o Develop metrics and reporting of assigned area (with mentor). o Work with Engineers, Technical Specialists and Maintenance team to ensure output. o Must be flexible to work portions of day and evening shift. o Must be able to work at least 24 hours per week. o MS office knowledge, specifically excel spreadsheets and graphs. o A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferable.
