Requisition Summary

The Supply Chain Compliance Manager will play a leading role in identifying potential supply chain risks using advanced analytical tools and their knowledge of the global supply chain.

This role will have responsibility for:

  • Identifying, preventing, and mitigating adverse impacts on the entire supply chain operations, as it relates to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, forced labor, and compliance with various import/export regulations.
  • Extending the risk mitigation process to suppliers and business partners from Tier 1 - 5, mapping supply chain through multiple tiers.
  • Supporting our Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) certification program through regular audits and reporting.
  • Developing new programs for compliance and risk mitigation to ensure compliance with import/export regulatory requirements related to ESG, forced labor, land PACCAR Code of Conduct.
  • Establishing and maintaining standards and metrics to maintain high-quality risk identification and remediation solutions.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Execute International Supplier risk assessments.
  • Lead Global Supplier continuous screening and monitoring.
  • Assist with driving supplier CTPAT Program compliance.
  • Assist in developing and providing CTPAT targeted training for PACCAR suppliers.
  • Conduct security audits of PACCAR facilities.
  • Verify trading relationships with emphasis on potential high-risk import/export relationships.
  • Supply Chain Mapping of product components from core inputs to final product.
  • Refine, improve, and build upon current risk assessment practices and procedures.
  • Initiate corrective action and collaborative remediation for identified risks.
  • Global Support / resource for Supplier intelligence.

Skills / Competencies

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience related to prevention of human trafficking, child and slave labor, import, export and sanctions, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and related regulations.
  • Working knowledge of OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence).
  • Experience working with supply chain analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Licensed U.S. Customs Broker preferred.
  • Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally.
  • Passion for working with global sanctions, policies, human rights, and trade compliance law/regulations.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of business experience
  • 5 years of experience in due diligence, trade compliance, supply chain, or related role.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
