Job Description Summary #LI-HybridThis position will be located at East Hanover, New Jersey site and will not have the ability to be located re-motely. This position will re-quire travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international) The Associate Director - Advanced Therapy Platforms (ATP), NPS Experience & Platform Innovation within Market Access & Patient Support (NPS) organization, is responsible for creating and managing digitally enabled products within a designated product area that serve healthcare professionals and third-party partners we work with. This position will also gather feedback to inform key features, functionality, and overall product roadmap. Job Description Major Responsibilities

Novartis Compensation Summary: The salary for this position is expected to range between $152, 600 and 283,400.00per year. The final salary offered isdeterminedbased on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
