Day & Zimmermann is actively accepting applications for a Project Controls Cost Analyst 2.
Under general supervision, the Project Controls Cost Analyst 2 competently performs all aspects of cost analysis, scope control tracking and reporting, labor performance and productivity and is able to support scheduling. May provide some technical guidance to less experienced project controls personnel.

- Good computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP.
- P6 experience a plus
- Ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor progress.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate and provide support/guidance for project personnel
- Support the set-up (cost & schedule) and tracking (weekly reporting) of Projects utilizing our numerous proprietary software's.
- Provide cost management support that includes creation of work breakdown structures, including budgets, wbs development, reviewing timesheets, earned value analysis, and monitoring/forecasting cost
- Support scheduling efforts for in-house and field activities
- Perform the development of Project Status Reports, Forecasting, Cost Reports, and progress reports
- Support project change management
- Perform project close-out.
What You Need To Bring To The Table:
- College degree or minimum five years related experience in a construction environment
- Three plus years experience in related project controls assignments
- Computer proficiency certifications a plus or equivalent education
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $76,000- $114,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
