This role provides leadership for a growing team of program finance analysts supporting US Operations and the Stryker Vehicles line of business, including developing and training the team to meet U.S. Government reporting, compliance, and metric requirements. The position oversees preparation of contract Estimates at Completion (EACs), coordinates quarterly and annual audit deliverables with external auditors, and reviews, analyzes, and consolidates monthly orders, revenue, and cash forecasts with variance analysis. It also supports customer meetings on financial and program matters and works cross-functionally to improve and streamline finance-related processes across the division.
