The Clean Energy Program Manager is responsible for managing a portion of the Companys multifamily energy efficiency program. This roles primary responsibility is to manage the Companys implementation contractor in their efforts to develop a pipeline of energy efficiency projects, see those project through to completion in a timely and efficient manner, and meet annual budget and savings targets. As part of this role, the Program Manager will build relationships with Participating Contractors, identify process improvements, and propose changes to the program to manage implementation expenses and provide a good experience to participating contractors and customers. The Program Manager will coordinate with internal functions to implement changes to the program, maintain accurate forecasts of program activity, manage risk and adhere to budget controls. Core Responsibilities
- Track and oversee program activity, including maintaining situational awareness of the status of key projects, participating contractors, and measures. Proactively follow up on stalled projects and keep forecasts and pipeline information accurate and up to date.
- Oversee the work of the implementation contractor as they process applications, conduct inspections, complete engineering reviews, and generally oversee thousands of projects as they meet milestones and are ultimately closed out and paid.
- Oversee administrative aspects of these programs including participating contractor performance, budget, and timely and accurate incentive payments and reporting.
- Manage internal and external staff, strategic partnerships, multidisciplinary teams, and a contractor network.
- Speak publicly on behalf of Multifamily programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Track goal achievement and report results to leadership.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of work experience in leadership/management roles or
- Master's Degree and 2 years of work experience in leadership/management roles

- Demonstrated experience analyzing information, both technical and financial, and making recommendations based on that information, preferred.
- Work experience with the multifamily customer segment, preferreed.
