Our Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) are fully integrated members of the care team and play a vital role in clinical decisionmaking, quality initiatives, and delivery room management-making a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team culture. NNP Position Highlights 54bed Level III NICU with a busy, highacuity case mix Average daily census of 35-40 patients Collaborative, autonomous practice environment with a strong team culture Full access to a robust network of pediatric subspecialties Comprehensive scope of practice including: Advanced patient assessment and management Therapeutic decisionmaking and treatment planning Participation in highrisk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations Active involvement in quality improvement and outcomedriven initiatives Why Saginaw?
