PHARMACIST (PER DIEM)

Rolling Hills Hospital is looking for a Pharmacist, PRN to join out team. The Pharmacist is responsible for the complete and efficient operation of the pharmacy within all legal and accreditation/certification requirements and applicable facility policies, procedures, codes and standards. This includes managing administrative, pharmaceutical, and professional functions relating to pharmaceutical care provided at the facility.

Education/Training:

Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy Program is required.

Licensure/Certification:

Current Tennessee Pharmacist License
Current Tennessee Driver's License

Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years hospital pharmacist experience is preferred; must possess the experience to oversee the provision of medication regimens for the patient populations treated in the facility, including knowledge of dosage for age-specific populations.
Board Certification in Psychiatric Pharmacy or Pharmacotherapy by Board of Pharmacy Specialties preferred.
