Description
The Spirit of the Position: The LAZ Parking Customer Care Center services customers across the United States. We are looking for a friendly, helpful individual to join our outstanding team. The Customer Care CSR provides exceptional customer service by answering in-bound calls from parkers for assistance within our parking facilities. We assist in troubleshooting as well as handling concerns in a positive and professional manner. All our interactions with our parkers/customers are recorded and documented. We have part-time or full-time positions available for second shift, weekends and holidays are required. In-office shifts are required, as necessary. Shift Avaiable: 2nd Shift | Part Time Monday: 4pm-9pm Tuesday: 4pm-9pm Wednesday: 4pm-9pm Thursday: 4pm-9pm Friday: 4pm-9pm Saturday OFF Sunday OFF Total 25 hours 2nd Shift | Full Time (x2) Monday: 4pm-12:30am Tuesday: 4pm-12:30am Wednesday: 4pm-12:30am Thursday: 4pm-12:30am Friday: 4pm-12:30am Saturday OFF Sunday OFF Total 40 hours 1st/2nd Shift | Full Time Monday: 7:30am-4pm Tuesday: 7am-3:30pm Wednesday: OFF Thursday: 7am-3:30pm Friday: 10am-6:30pm Saturday: 10am-6:30pm Sunday OFF Total 40 hours Principal Job Duties:
