TEKsystems is seeking a bilingual IT Service Desk Technician to support a growing enterprise environment. This is a great opportunity for entry-level to mid-level candidates to gain hands-on experience within a structured IT support team with strong career growth potential. Responsibilities * Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and chat * Troubleshoot issues related to: * Microsoft 365 (O365) * Active Directory (password resets, access requests) * Basic hardware/software issues * Log and manage tickets using ServiceNow * Support user access, system issues, and general IT inquiries * Escalate complex issues as needed * Deliver excellent customer support in Spanish and English Qualifications * Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) * Experience in a help desk or IT support role (or strong technical aptitude) * Basic knowledge of O365 and Active Directory * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Additional Details * Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Fully onsite role with an established team environment * Opportunity to gain enterprise-level IT experience and grow your career Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Evansville, IN.
