Swedesboro, NJ Full-Time | Hybrid Opportunity *Start Date: June 22nd - Hiring Quickly!* *Overview:* We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented *Customer Care Specialist* to join a growing team in Swedesboro, NJ. This is a fast-moving opportunity with a quick start date, ideal for candidates who are ready to begin immediately and grow within a patient-focused environment. *Responsibilities:* * Deliver high-quality customer service with kindness, empathy, and patience * Handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS, chat, and mail) * Support both customers and prescribers by navigating profiles across systems efficiently * Adapt quickly to each interaction while providing clear, accurate information * Collaborate with pharmacy teams and fulfillment centers to resolve inquiries * Maintain a professional, positive attitude while prioritizing customer and patient needs * Accurately document interactions and complete administrative tasks *Qualifications:* * Strong customer service and communication skills * Experience with administrative tasks and data entry * High attention to detail and ability to multitask * Comfortable learning new systems and processes * Willingness to obtain a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license (training provided) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Open to fully on-site training and a hybrid work schedule *Training & Schedule:* * *6 weeks of paid, on-site training in Swedesboro, NJ (starting 6/22)* * Weeks 1-3: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM * Weeks 4-6: Monday-Friday, start times between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM * During training, employees will complete assessments to obtain a NJ Pharmacy Technician license * Hands-on exposure to labs, shipping, and fulfillment operations *Post-Training Schedule:* * Typical shift: *11:30 AM - 8:00 PM* (subject to change based on shift bids) * Call center hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Hybrid schedule: *2 days onsite / 3 days remote (after training)* * Required: *1 Saturday/month + 1 additional Saturday per quarter* *Additional Details:* * Schedule assignments are determined through regular shift bids based on tenure and performance * Great opportunity for long-term growth and schedule flexibility * Fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
