We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $37.67/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. * Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Highly detail oriented. Ability to handle several tasks/assignments simultaneously and to maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent communications, organizational, presentation and project management skills
* Business acumen and strong analytical skills
* Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point
* Proficient in building charts and pivot tables in excel

Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications?
* Licensing experience
* Brand Management experience
* Product development experience in accessory industry
* Knowledgeable in product briefs creation for cross-functional teams, outlining strategies, positioning, concept, and inspiration
* Knowledgeable on aesthetic aspects of product development
* Experienced in licensing and or brand management

Required levels/ Years of Experience education - discuss whether there is flexibility
* 2-3 years of experience
