Control Systems Developer analyzes, researches, develops, maintains and implements enhancements to the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, advanced distribution management system (ADMS), and other electric control center automation systems; Supports the specification, design, testing and development of control center application systems to ensure that they meets changing functional requirements; Transforms or translates business requirements into technical specifications, takes business requirements, codes software application, and delivers technical work products that yield productive products for use in core electric business operations; develops web portal and services to exchanges operations information with internal entities and external entities such as ERCOT. In addition, this role develops and enforces processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ERCOT protocols and applicable NERC CIP Standards Essential Functions
