Description The Experience Facilitator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing a wide range of internal and external events that support the bank's strategic goals, brand identity, employee experience, and community engagement across multiple markets. This role ensures seamless event experiences through meticulous planning, vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Overall Objectives:
- Develop and manage event strategies that align with the bank's marketing, client engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for events across all four state markets, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and on-site execution from start to finish.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor event budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to optimize impact and ROI.
- Ensure all events reflect the bank's values, compliance standards, and brand image.

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred. A background screening will be conducted.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively.
- TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Email, internet access to venue locations, menus, activities, Teams, Phone. This is a very much conversational role. A lot of Microsoft Teams chats, emails and phone calls to communicate with internal staff and outside vendors.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.

This position operates in a dynamic professional office environment with frequent coordination across multiple departments and external vendors. While considerable time is spent at a desk using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers, the role also involves on-site event support and logistical oversight. The noise level is moderate, with ongoing communication and collaboration with internal teams, clients, and service providers. The Experience Facilitator may be required to lift up to 30 pounds, including event materials, promotional items, and equipment. Travel is a regular component of this role, with occasional visits to market areas across all four states served by the bank. Attendance at offsite events, venue walkthroughs, seminars, and training sessions is expected to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand standards.
