Overview Director, Delivery Management
Location: Remote - US Work Model: Remote About the RoleThe Director, Delivery Management provides enterprise-level strategic leadership and oversight for the Delivery Management function, leading multiple teams and large-scale delivery portfolios across the organization. This role is responsible for defining and advancing the departmental vision, strategy, and operating model - ensuring alignment to business objectives, scalability across the enterprise, and continuous improvement in delivery performance. The Director partners closely with executive leadership across Engineering, Product, and Business to influence delivery strategy, organizational design, and departmental investment decisions while building a high-performing organization and driving operational excellence across all delivery functions. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Delivery Management function; define the long-term vision, strategy, and operating model to support enterprise transformation and business objectives; partner with executive leadership to influence prioritization, investment decisions, and organizational design based on delivery insights and capacity planning
