SUMMARY:

Remove waste and recyclables and place in proper receptacles while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized line area. Relieve various positions for breaks and assist as required to keep the process flowing. Track and chart waste on the line process data board.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices.

It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization Chart indicates key personnel with the authority to take action.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.



  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be required to:
  • Sit stand, walk, use hands to; finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; climb or balance; talk or hear; taste or smell; reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.


The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and must frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. The participating incumbents felt very strongly that each individual weight needed to be listed separately. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for inspection and recording paperwork, distance vision for observing down line, color vision for juice quality, peripheral vision for multiple processes/balances, depth perception for stack patterns and relief duties, and the ability to adjust focus for observation of the line when the product passes by.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be exposed to: extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, loud noise.


Pay Salary: $20.96 to $26.54 per hour

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll. This position is eligible for annual safety incentive.
