2nd Shift bilingual Production Supervisor

Create-A-Pack Foods is looking for an experienced manufacturing supervisor who enjoys a dynamic and fast paced environment with extensive growth opportunity. The position will oversee and direct production employees daily while coaching them to success.

Create-A-Pack Foods is a food co-packer and manufacturer located in beautiful Lake Country Wisconsin with locations in both Ixonia as well as Oconomowoc. Over the past 25 years, Create-A-Pack has grown from an entrepreneurial vision to a multi-million dollar operation that employs over 200 local employees. As we continue to grow, we are looking for hard working, reliable, and dedicated employees to join our team!

Daily responsibilities include:

Delegate assignments to Production Workers
Ensures products are properly packed and in a timely manner
Ensures production employees perform inspections for each order, in accordance with quality control standards and order requirements
Ensures production equipment set up's are completed as required
Reports equipment malfunctions to appropriate individuals
Ensures materials required for each order are available and properly prepared, and orders materials as needed
Manages personnel related matters of Production Workers as needed
Responsible for following food quality and safety guidelines
