Your role As a Inside Sales, your mission is to drive parts revenue growth by delivering timely, accurate quotations, proactively identifying upsell opportunities, and providing responsive customer support while collaborating with field sales to maximize customer value and retention. You will report to the Regional Service Sales Manager. You will
- Develop and deliver timely, precise parts quotations in response to customer inquiries to ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and increased order conversion rates.
- Proactively identify and recommend complementary parts, kits, and consumables tailored to customer needs to enhance average order value and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Systematically follow up on all open quotations and customer opportunities to maximize success rates, improve pipeline conversion, and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze customer requirements and application needs against product offerings to provide technically suitable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term retention.
- Generate new sales opportunities by responding to inbound leads and engaging proactively with outbound efforts to expand the active customer base and grow the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with field sales, service, and technical teams on identified opportunities to support cross-selling of services, repairs, and agreements, maximizing total account value.
- Maintain and continuously enhance product, application, and vendor knowledge to ensure accurate quoting, strong technical credibility, and effective customer support.
- Coordinate order processing and customer communication throughout the sales cycle to ensure accurate execution, on-time delivery, and a superior customer experience.

- Minimum 2 years in parts or industrial sales.
- Provide and upsell quotes.
- Recommend products per client needs.

- Pass leads to SSEs.
- Source sales via inbound leads, email, calls.
- Maintain vacuum product and vendor knowledge.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge or quick learning of vacuum equipment.
- Detail-oriented for accurate quotes and orders.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM (e.g., C4C/SAP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Collaborate with sales, service, internal teams.
