Pay Grade: P1 FLSA: Exempt Leveling Guide: Career Path III - Professional Classification: NON-STE PRIMARY PURPOSE Execute daily priorities of the personnel security clearance office and assist in the administration of the CNA security program. This role is responsible for organizing and maintaining security documentation, managing personnel records, coordinating access control procedures, and ensuring efficient office operations. Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) in the daily operations of the organization's security program. The Security Administrator I plays a key role in supporting compliance and facilitating communication within the security team and across the organization. JOB DESCRIPTION AND/OR DUTIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. 2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in an administrative support or customer service role. Security experience preferred. 3. Skills: Must have proven customer service skills; strong organizational and record-keeping abilities; excellent attention to detail; computer literacy and proficiency; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology; ability to prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks; professional demeanor and customer service mindset. Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions. Work is closely managed. 4. Other: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. 5. Remote/Hybrid Work Eligibility: This position is eligible for telecommuting or hybrid work arrangements at the discretion of the Supervisor. Employees may be required to work at CNA headquarters or other work locations resulting in changes to the scheduled telecommuting or hybrid work arrangements. | |
