As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic location, helping to identify and report security-related concerns while maintaining a visible presence. This role offers the chance to support site operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork, all while reflecting Allied Universal's values of reliability, integrity, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, daily activities, and/or noteworthy conditions in a clear and timely manner to support site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
