As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Associate in Lake Buena Vista, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier resort location as an unarmed patrol officer, helping to monitor assigned areas through routine patrols, visible presence, and strong communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, guest areas, parking areas, corridors, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor inquiries, and/or help support property rules and security-related expectations in a courteous manner.
• Communicate with hotel staff, management, and/or emergency responders when needed to relay important information, support incident response, and help maintain orderly operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
