What We're Looking For * At least 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+, IT coursework, Computer Science/IT degree, bootcamp, etc.) * Strong interest in developing technical troubleshooting and hardware support skills * Reliable, professional, and motivated to learn * Strong communication and customer service skills * Must have reliable transportation Schedule We operate in a 24/7 environment. Most shifts follow standard weekday hours, but flexibility to work evenings, nights, or weekends is highly valued and may open additional opportunities. What You'll Do This is a true entry-level IT role with structured training and daily hands-on exposure. In this position, you will: * Respond to and manage IT support tickets * Assist users via email, chat, and in-person support * Troubleshoot common IT issues, including: * Password resets and login problems * WiFi and connectivity issues * Printers, peripherals, and basic hardware * Collaborate closely with senior* technicians* to build foundational IT skills Why This Role?
