We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to step into a crucial role that drives the development of our next generation of products. As a key player in our product lifecycle, you will be instrumental in transforming creative visions into tangible prototypes, directly impacting the successful launch of exciting new collections and delighting our customers. This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the heart of product innovation, collaborating with various teams and external partners to bring groundbreaking ideas to fruition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate the end-to-end development of prototype products, acting as a central point of contact.

* Monitor the overall development process for specific product lines, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

* Serve as the primary liaison for development details with external vendor partners.

* Create and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.

* Manage the workflow of weekly updates to ensure composite sheets are effectively utilized as a timely communication tool across vendors, production, technical, and merchandising teams.

* Track development progress to ensure execution remains within established timeframes.

* Communicate essential design development details to relevant stakeholders.

**Must-Have Skills:**

* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Proven product development background or experience.

* Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 3-5 years of experience in product design or development.

* Strong communication skills, capable of acting as a point person with various internal and external partners.

* Ability to monitor processes and track progress effectively.
