As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Associate in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, drive as part of assigned duties, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following retail location policies, and/or assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and visitor activity, observe for unusual behavior, and communicate with store leadership and/or local responders as needed regarding security-related matters.
• Support access and loss prevention efforts by observing restricted areas, documenting incidents, and/or helping with closing and opening procedures at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
