The Manager, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for:
Strategic Positioning: Using customer data and insights, business performance, and competitive intelligence, lead a team to create differentiated positioning for Petco's Health & Wellness offerings, reinforced through messaging, and brought to life via world-class marketing execution. Marketing Planning: Lead the marketing planning process for businesses and initiatives, including crafting and owning the marketing strategy, integrated marketing plan, and budget. Integrated Execution: Lead the orchestration of enterprise-wide integrated marketing activations in partnership with cross functional business and marketing leaders. You'll ultimately be accountable for the integrated brief through to the tactical execution and results across all channels (including but not limited to media, owned channels like email, and in-store signage) to drive traffic and purchases in our Petco Care Centers and on Petco.com. Team Development: Lead and develop a team of Integrated Marketers that support Petco brand activities
Essential Knowledge & Skills
Education & Experience:A bachelor's degree and at least ten years' experience as a B2C marketing leader, ideally in an integrated marketing or agency role. People Management Experience: Experience hiring, developing and leading a team of direct and indirect reports Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to lead the integrated marketing process end-to-end, from writing a marketing plan to coordinating flawless execution. Creative Acumen: Ability to partner with agencies and in house creative teams to objectively evaluate creative against a strategic brief and deliver feedback in a way that clearly and effectively sets direction and inspires the team. Financial Management: Manage media and production budgets including planning and reconciling spend by month and quarter.
