Job Summary
The BIM Surveyor is responsible for creating, modifying, and managing highly detailed 2D and 3D design models and construction drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) tools. Collaborates closely with engineers and designers to resolve complex design issues, ensure accuracy, and support project coordination. This role also helps develop and maintain drafting standards, recommends software and hardware upgrades, and ensures precision in the preparation of design schematics and specifications to support successful project execution. Minimum Requirements Associate's Degree or a Vocational Training in a related field is preferred.
