HR Director, Talent Acquisition Location: Cranberry Township, PA (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in office) About the Opportunity The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an HR Director, Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise recruiting efforts for a growing paints, stains, and coatings business. This highly visible leadership role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, HR leadership, and key stakeholders while ensuring the organization attracts and hires the talent necessary to support business objectives. The HR Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading the recruiting strategy, managing recruiting operations, overseeing external recruiting partnerships, supporting executive hiring initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across talent acquisition processes and technology. As part of this role, the incumbent may be asked to take on other HR leadership responsibilities that create value for the company. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, operational excellence, act with a strong sense of urgency and demonstrate the ability to influence outcomes across a complex organization. This individual will possess the executive presence necessary to influence senior leaders, the operational discipline required to drive results, and the relationship-building skills needed to create alignment across stakeholders.
