What You Will Bring:

• 6+ months of sit down forklift operator experience
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL environment preferred.
• Ability to safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or other powered industrial equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties:

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Move, stack, stage, and store pallets in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory movements and replenish pick locations as needed.
• Inspect products and pallets for damage and report discrepancies to management.
• Complete equipment inspections before each shift and report maintenance concerns.
• Utilize RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory tracking systems as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
