The Safety and Compliance Administrator will provide administrative, systems, and data management support for safety, fleet, compliance, and operational functions across the organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining business systems and records, supporting compliance initiatives, coordinating training and reporting activities, and assisting with projects that improve operational effectiveness and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities



  • Administer and maintain safety, fleet, telematics, and compliance systems, including user management, data integrity, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and distribute dashboards, KPI reports, scorecards, and performance analytics to support operational decision-making.
  • Maintain safety, compliance, inspection, incident, and regulatory records in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
  • Support audits, corrective actions, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding, training assignments, compliance verification, and recordkeeping activities.
  • Maintain training, certification, and learning records to ensure accuracy and compliance across company systems.
  • Manage customer prequalification requirements, contractor compliance submissions, facility documentation, and related administrative processes.
  • Provide administrative and systems support for safety, fleet, operational, and business initiatives, including the implementation and maintenance of new programs, technologies, and processes.


Qualifications



  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Administrative experience in safety, transportation, compliance, human resources, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, including reporting, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience administering databases, software platforms, or records management systems.
  • Strong organizational, recordkeeping, document control, and data management skills.
