About the Role As the Market President, you'll lead the overall performance and growth of your market, with full accountability for sales results, client experience, and financial outcomes. This includes setting the strategic direction, executing on corporate objectives, and ensuring consistent performance across loans, deposits, and client relationships. Success in this role requires strong leadership and visibility. You'll guide a diverse team of banking and wealth professionals, drive business development efforts, and represent the organization in the community to deepen relationships and expand market presence.
