Essential Duties:
* Provides general QA department support * Inspects all questionable raw materials before the raw materials enter the production process * Determines whether questionable raw material falls within standards and specifications or if material requires discarding * Documents non-conforming materials and prepares data and photographs * Works with internal and external customers * Audits all WIP and finished goods * Assists in the ongoing training effort to build quality into the manufacturing process * Sets example for peers in quality and safety * Assists in creating visual aids to help eliminate questions regarding product packaging or foam qualities * Follow 5s and Safety policies and procedures * Assists in meeting productivity standards by completing work quickly and accurately * Other duties, as assigned | |
