Gear Up and Get Going (Requirements & Job Duties)

• Assemble and complete production orders according to specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to support assembly tasks
• Confirm and document completed orders in SAP or related systems
• Monitor production inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and the production area
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following instructions accurately
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments preferred
• Ability to use power tools with strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Prior mechanical assembly, shipping/receiving, or general warehouse experience is highly beneficial
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain productivity in a fast-moving setting
