What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you'll play a vital role in ensuring each product meets top manufacturing standards. Your work will involve mechanical skill, precision, and teamwork. Daily responsibilities include:

• Assemble components with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate basic manufacturing and shop equipment.
• Perform tasks such as grinding, packing, and machine operation.
• Use and maintain mills and lathes (experience a strong plus).
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Assembly or warehouse experience is a bonus
• Able to follow instructions and stay focused
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Put together, pack, and label products
• Inspect for quality and flag issues quickly
• Keep work areas safe and organized
• Lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
• Show up on time, ready to hustle
• Team up with your crew to hit daily goals
