Position Summary:
The Sales Center Leader (SCL
) will support the Operational Sales Leader (OSL) in running the Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) Playbook through execution of BBU Way to Operate. Responsibilities include serving our frontline with the objective of driving growth of our people and of our business while achieving and maintaining a World-Class sales center.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support achievement zero workplace injuries by performing safety observations, hazardous condition, and near miss reporting.Observe all safety awareness programs.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with Food and People Safety in alignment with Grupo Bimbo (GB) standards.
- Consistently follow DSDE Playbook with emphasis on BBU Way to Operate and Leader Standard Work to achieve World-Class sales center.
- Engage with frontline on a regular basis including order process, daily inventory, distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, etc.
- Assist in the recruiting, orientation, on-boarding of frontline, and weekly scheduling of merchandisers.
Selling & Operational Capabilities
- Support achievement of sales center DSDE Key Objectives and Results (DKORs) including Scan Based Trading, Product Accountability, and sales center review compliance, etc.
- Lead effective and efficient receiving, order picking and shipping process to support sales growth.
- Prepare point of sale (POS) material to be readily available for frontline, ensures proper POS inventory levels to support demands in the market.
- Coach frontline on Intelligent Ordering Network (ION) best practices focused on order and distribution planning per the order management playbook.
- Ensure communication of appropriate customer plans and team performance information to drive better execution in store.
- Ensure fleet meets DSDE standards for safety (food and people), brand decaling, and proper identification.
- Review Department of Transportation (DOT) and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) compliance.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Work History:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
- 3 - 5 years of related experience in operations, customer relations or sales.
- DSD, warehouse, distribution, and AS400 experience is a plus.
- At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
- Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus.
- Travel is required, 1%-5%.
