EPI Power is looking for an experienced Sr. Material Control to join their team. This critical role is responsible for overseeing material receiving, inventory tracking, storage coordination, and material distribution to support warehouse and construction operations on large-scale data center projects. The Sr. Material Control professional ensures materials are accurately tracked, documented, and delivered to support project schedules and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and construction logistics environments and is open to relocating for future project needs.

This role requires the ability to work 6 days per week, typically Monday - Saturday.

What You'll Do:



  • Oversee material receiving, inventory tracking, storage coordination, and material distribution
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and material documentation
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Field teams to support project schedules
  • Resolve material discrepancies and delivery issues
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing material deliveries
  • Ensure materials are properly stored and readily available for construction operations
  • Support inventory audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and field leadership



What We're Looking For:

Experience:



  • 3+ years of experience in material control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or construction logistics required
  • Experience supporting large construction or data center projects preferred
  • Forklift operating experience or certification preferred
  • Electrical construction experience is a plus


Skills:



  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams


Technology:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with inventory management or material tracking systems preferred
  • Ability to learn project-specific software upon hire
