The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and coordinating supply requirements from internal manufacturing plants, third-party suppliers, and affiliate facilities. This role prioritizes production lines and supplier activities to meet both internal and external customer demands. The Planner creates and maintains production schedules to ensure service level and inventory targets are achieved, while maintaining accurate planning data and pricing information within ERP systems.

Keys to Success

  • Schedule and coordinate production and supply requirements for manufactured and purchased materials across departments, plants, or suppliers.
  • Create, manage, and adjust daily and longterm production schedules to meet customer demands, service level targets, and inventory goals.
  • Review master production schedules and work orders; establish priorities for customer orders and revise schedules as requirements change.
  • Coordinate availability of labor, materials, machines, and equipment to support efficient production flow.
  • Control inventory of assigned products in alignment with plant and management objectives.
  • Maintain accurate planning, inventory, and related data within ERP and manufacturing systems (e.g., Oracle, MES, WMS, LMES).
  • Identify scheduling, service, or inventory variances; perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with crossfunctional teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between production, purchasing, materials, and other internal departments to resolve issues related to schedule adherence, quality, or material availability.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to planning, scheduling, and inventory accuracy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Hours are Monday-Friday 5:30am - 2:00pm

About You



    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to planning, scheduling, production control, materials, or inventory management.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory control.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and adjust schedules in a fastpaced environment.
    • Advanced problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and ability to quickly learn ERP/MRP and manufacturing execution systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate across multiple departments.


    • Selfdirected, organized, and capable of working independently while supporting team objectives.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
