Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning and execution of projects across strategic products and organizational priorities. This role partners closely with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate tasks,maintaindocumentation, track timelines, and ensure visibility into project progress. The Project Coordinator focuses on organization, communication, and operational execution to help drive projects forward with quality and consistency.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in applying project management standards, processes, and best practices

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables

  • Maintain project documentation, logs, and status reporting

  • Track tasks and dependencies in project management tools (e.g., Jira)

  • Facilitate meeting scheduling, agendas, and notes

  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders under PM guidance

  • Monitor project progress and proactivelyidentifyrisks, delays, or blockers

  • Assistinmaintainingalignment between technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Support quality assurance processes and documentation validation

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support scheduled deployments, as needed

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within Project/Operations

  • Additionalduties as assigned.

The Individual:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to ask clarifying questions and escalate issues appropriately

  • Interest in developing project management skills and growing into increased responsibility

  • Working knowledge of Jira or similar project tracking tools preferred

  • CAPM certification (or pursuit of certification) a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)

  • 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, orrelated support role
