Sales Executive - Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Florida (Remote \| Field-Based \| Orlando Preferred) $80K-$90K+ First-Year Earnings \| Established Book of Business World Fuel is hiring a Sales Executive to take over a high-performing Florida territory with 200+ active accounts and immediate revenue. This is not a cold-start role - you'll inherit an existing book while driving new business across fuel cards, diesel, DEF, and related solutions. Why This Role Stands Out 200+ existing accounts with immediate income ~$40K-$50K book of business from day one Realistic first-year earnings of $80K-$90K+ Short sales cycle (2 weeks - 1 month) fast wins High autonomy to manage your territory and schedule What You'll Do Manage and grow an established book of business (200+ accounts) Prospect and close new customers across Florida Sell fuel cards, diesel, gasoline, DEF, and related services Build relationships with customers ranging from small operators to large fleets Conduct in-person visits across Orlando, Tampa, and Miami Track pipeline and activity in CRM What We're Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales experience (field-based or customer-facing) Proven ability to manage accounts and win new business Comfortable in a high-activity, short sales cycle environment Strong relationship-building and closing skills Ability to work independently in a remote role Willingness to travel throughout Florida Highly Preferred Bilingual (English / Spanish) Experience in fuel, fleet, logistics, construction, or transportation sales Background with fuel cards or fleet payment solutions (CFN, EFS, Comdata, Voyager, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000 Uncapped commission + immediate earning opportunity Existing accounts generating income from day one Residual model ("keep what you kill") $600/month vehicle allowance + mileage reimbursement Full benefits + company equipment Why World Fuel Join a global, Fortune 100 company while maintaining the autonomy and earning potential of a true field-based sales role.
