SEI is seeking to hire a Specialist, Content Enablement. In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing, RFP, and Sales teams to strategize on active deals, develop data-driven insights, and create sales content that strengthen our competitive position in the market. Your work will help accelerate our sales pipeline by translating data and product knowledge into clear, compelling insights that improve win rates.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand prospect needs, buying drivers, and competitive landscape, then translate inputs into actionable content and insights.

  • Create custom data and content to support sales conversations and decision-making.

  • Develop and refine sales enablement assets (emails, talk tracks, case studies, demos, videos, client-ready charts, and presentation materials) that clearly communicate value and differentiate SEI.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of SEI's solutions and positioning to ensure insights and messaging are accurate, consistent, and relevant to each opportunity.

  • Track and report on metrics (e.g., stage progression, cycle time, win rate, and insight/asset usage) to refine recommendations and improve results.

  • Support and back up the proposal/RFP process by drafting, editing, and coordinating high-quality responses and ensuring timely delivery when needed.

  • Cultivate strong partnerships across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams; consistently apply SEI's brand and style standards to all deliverables.

What we need from you:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales enablement, analytics, marketing, proposal/RFP support, or a similar role producing client-facing deliverables.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights; proficiency in Copilot, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, including supporting time-sensitive deal cycles and proposal submissions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

  • Collaborative, creative, and solutions-oriented-comfortable engaging stakeholders, asking the right questions, and iterating quickly based on feedback.

What we would like from you:

  • Experience supporting sales motions in financial services and/or fintech, including exposure to common deal stages and buying committees.

  • Comfort building simple, repeatable insight frameworks (e.g., benchmarking views, client segmentation, win/loss themes) to scale enablement across opportunities.

  • Familiarity with RFP/proposal tools (e.g., RocketDocs) and/or AI tools to accelerate drafting, summarization, and content re-use.
