At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. As the Work Control Manager, supporting the 100K project, you are responsible for managing exempt and non-exempt/non-bargaining personnel to provide implementation and oversight of the Central Plateau Project Work Control functions.

Primary duties of this role may include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Implementing preventative and corrective maintenance work control attributes.
* Collaborating with other CPCCo Projects concerning planning resource allocation and development/issuance of work packages.
* Ensuring the organization implements work control requirements of the Authorization Basis and DOE Orders for the CPCCo facilities.
* Providing support to other organizations within the company for planning and execution of maintenance and work control scope as needed.
* Implementing continuous improvement within work control processes, work instruction development, and rigorous conformance to work control documentation.
* Ensuring Work Control functions in a manner that supports safety, compliance, and project performance goals.
* Ensuring Work Control performs in an efficient manner that minimizes rework and supports project priorities and schedules.
* Ensuring all Work Control and Maintenance documents are developed such that work is performed in a safe and disciplined manner, reflecting a strong conduct of operations discipline and ISMS culture.
* Setting challenging goals for personnel and group accomplishments.
* Providing timely guidance and feedback to staff.
* Managing PM process that resolves preventive maintenance issues in a timely manner and supports a compliant operations program.
* Developing and leading organizational self-assessment program to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing effectiveness of Work Control/Work Planning and related work processes.
* Providing management oversight, subject matter expertise, and functional area leadership within work planning and scheduling functions.
* Reviewing and closing assigned corrective actions in a timely manner.


Basic Qualifications


* Manager Grade 20 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 8 years of relevant experience.
* Manager Grade 21 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 10 years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.


Desired Qualifications


* Proficiency in Job Control System (JCS), as well as other Microsoft computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point desired.
* Related experience including work package planner/procedure writer.


Compensation & Benefits


In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Manager Grade 20: $114,700 - $183,450
* Manager Grade 21: $126,200 - $202,000

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
