Our client is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to be a key part of game initiatives, bringing to life first of their kind programs and memorializing learnings and best practices to use for future initiatives. Our client needs someone who can take a step back from the day to day to track and suggest improvements for these initiatives. The team is executing a growing number of first-of-their-kind initiatives that require dedicated operational support. The team needs a Marketing Operations Specialist to build and maintain the workflows, documentation, and processes that keep these programs running - including Airtable pipeline management, marketing contract coordination with Legal, developer programming playbooks, and team knowledge resources such as onboarding materials and Subscription Service Requirements.

This contractor will ensure the core team can focus on strategic priorities while ensuring operational work is executed consistently and learnings are captured for future initiatives. If you're passionate about games and subscription services and ready to fine tune operations, please apply!

Responsibilities



  • Build pipeline workflows in Airtable, including structure, data organization, and process documentation
  • Coordinate marketing integration contracts with legal: align terms, send contracts to IP holders, and track signature status
  • Assist with creating playbook for one-to-many developer programming: track progress against deliverables, invite developers and track RSVPs while refining process and documenting best practices
  • Create team knowledge resources, including guidelines, Q&A materials, and onboarding documentation
  • Assist with updating, maintaining and hosting Subscription Service Requirements, including updating Onboarding Kit and Best Practices for Developer Marketing


Minimum Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in an operations or project management role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, operations, project management or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with various project management methods and documenting processes
  • Familiar with the game development process
  • Outstanding desktop computer skills and familiarity with collaborative tools including Airtable, Quip, Keynote, and others
