The Associate Product Manager (APM) - Dish supports the product lifecycle for LG's Dish category, from concept development through launch and post-launch optimization. This role partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, R&D and Operations to execute product roadmaps aligned to business and consumer needs. The APM will contribute to product strategy, requirements definition, and go-to-market execution while developing strong product management fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities


  • Support end-to-end product lifecycle activities for Dish products, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization
  • Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization aligned with product roadmaps
  • Conduct market, competitive, and consumer research to inform product decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and QA teams to support product execution
  • Track product performance metrics and contribute to dashboards, insights, and recommendations
  • Support go-to-market activities including product positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement materials
  • Prepare presentations, business cases, and product documentation for internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of product initiatives


Required Qualifications



  • 2+ minimum years of experience in product management, product marketing, business analysis, or related roles preferably with experience in home appliances

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with product or project management tools preferred



Preferred Qualifications


  • Exposure to Agile or stage-gate product development methodologies
  • Experience supporting hardware and software-integrated products
  • Familiarity with consumer research, VOC, or usability testing


Recruiting Range
$72,570 -$96,760 USD
