The DPAS Data Analyst/Property Accountability Analyst role will support mission-critical logistics and inventory accountability across multiple U.S. Air Force programs for the client. This role operates at the intersection of government property systems, logistics data integrity, and audit compliance, requiring hands-on interaction with U.S. Air Force systems including ELMS (DPAS) and FLITES. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring, reconciling, and resolving transaction discrepancies between an SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and the U.S. Government systems, ensuring accurate reporting of government-owned materials across their lifecycle. The candidate will be measured by on-time reporting and the accuracy of the data reported.

Responsibilities

* Monitor and validate daily transaction activity between client's SAP systems and U.S. Government systems (ELMS/DPAS)

* Investigate and resolve rejected or failed transactions, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions

* Utilize SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ELMS (DPAS), and FLITES to research, validate, and reconcile logistics and inventory data

* Support and process transactions to government facilities, contractor locations, next higher assemblies, disassembly, scrap.

* Support and process receipts (production, government, contractor, NHA)

* Support and process ownership transfers across DoD agencies

* Support and process updates (condition codes, part numbers, etc.)

* Cross-reference part and logistics data using FLITES (WebFLIS equivalent) to ensure accuracy and compliance

* Collaborate with program teams, supply chain, and engineering to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows

* Maintain compliance with government property accountability standards, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy

* Identify opportunities to improve data quality, system workflows, and process optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of relevant experience

* Must be able to support this ONSITE role in Tucson, AZ (no relocation offered)

* Associate degree or 5 years of Relevant job experience with certifications like S/EJPME

* Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, clearance may be added at a later date

* Ability to obtain and maintain CAC access for government systems (ELMS/DPAS, FLITES)

* Strong examples of analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

* Experience using Microsoft tools (Word and Excel)

* Experience with DPAS / ELMS or other DoD property accountability systems

Desired Qualifications:

* Familiarity with FLITES, WebFLIS, or logistics reference systems

* Experience in DoD logistics, supply chain, or aerospace/defense programs

* Background in transaction reconciliation, ERP systems such as SAP

* Active Secret Clearance
