This is a remote role based in Redmond, WA.

Pay Range: $49/hr - $55/hr

You will play a pivotal role in enabling developers to craft advanced experiences, directly contributing to the evolution of user-generated content within a globally recognized digital environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support the creator platform by building essential tools and documentation that enable creators to develop custom game content, including mods, scripts, and add-ons.
• Contribute to key projects focused on developing code samples and example content, such as mini-games and gameplay scenarios, to demonstrate new features.
• Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications for designing or redesigning sophisticated software components and applications.
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support robust solutions.
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for your areas of responsibility.
• Embrace flexibility and thrive in an evolving environment, adapting to change quickly and positively.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of professional engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience in gameplay development, game mods/add-ons, or scripting.
• Development experience in relevant scripting languages or technologies.
• Experience with C#, C++, or HTML development.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and successfully deploying large-scale projects from end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience following iterative and agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change quickly in a positive manner.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your work in game content creation or scripting.
