Full-Time | Physical Therapist

Schedule: 80 hours per pay period

Available Shifts: Flexible

Pay Range: $42.25 - $51.50 per hour (based on experience)

Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Actually Do

1. Help older adults get stronger, move better, and live more independently
2. Build personalized treatment plans-not cookie-cutter protocols
3. Work across outpatient, home health, and senior living settings
4. Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, wellness)
5. Mentor PTAs and grow your leadership skills
6. Adjust care in real time based on patient progress (because outcomes matter)

What You Bring

1. Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
2. Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT preferred)
3. A patient-first mindset and solid clinical judgment
