Your Job Molex is seeking a high drive, growth oriented Global Account Manager in the Bay Area, responsible for the global commercial strategy, relationship management, and profitable revenue growth with a major OEM and key strategic datacom account, focusing on copper and optical interconnect solutions. In this role, you will join and lead a high-performing, global account team spanning multiple design centers and regions. You'll set the strategy, build deep executive and engineering relationships, and orchestrate cross-functional execution, from early technical engagement and design wins through qualification and high-volume ramp. Design Win Execution & Program Commercialization
Commercial Leadership & Negotiation * Own commercial strategy including pricing frameworks, cost models, margin management, and negotiation approach. * Lead global negotiations (in partnership with legal/finance) for NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, supply agreements, SLAs, and quality agreements as required. * Drive forecasting accuracy, demand visibility, and alignment to customer's planning cycles. Operational Excellence, Quality & Risk Management * Align Molex operations and supply chain to meet customer expectations on quality, delivery, reliability, and responsiveness. * Partner with Supplier Quality/Operations to manage escalations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with relevant requirements (trade compliance/export controls, data security, customer standards, and internal policies). * Strong financial and commercial acumen (margin, total cost, pricing strategy, risk/return tradeoffs).
What Will Put You Ahead
For this role, we anticipate paying $220,000- $250,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
