Job Description




$70 / hr

Allied Universal is hiring a Investigations Analyst. The Investigations Analyst is primarily responsible for directing internal and external investigations on behalf of client Enterprise Security and Preparedness department.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Manage, audit, and develop training for Lost and Found program; conduct semiannual audits for compliance and manage final disposition of items; develop and implement solutions for any deficiencies discovered
  • Create, maintain, and educate client employees on enterprise evidence collection standards and conduct annual audits for compliance; develop and implement solutions for any deficiencies discovered
  • Coordinate investigations and information with law enforcement; assist enterprise investigations including frauds, thefts, and business conduct guideline violations, due diligence, drugs, workplace violence issues, backgrounds, and executive special requests; maintain close partnership with law enforcement personnel and prosecutors and is responsible for report preparation and evidence gathering
  • Analyze, recommend, and utilize appropriate security equipment, concepts, and techniques that are related to the investigative function; organize and analyze results of investigations, report findings to client and provide expert-level recommendations strategy for corrective action; systematically examine incidents that have been reported
  • Provide testimony in civil and criminal court and participates in the taking of sworn depositions, case preparation, witness briefing, court exhibit identification and organization, and other court matters

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
    • Must possess one or more of the following:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Forensics, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related degree
      • High school diploma or equivalent combined with five (5) years of protective service experience in a corporate environment
    • Must be able to obtain a valid Guard License as required in the state for which you are applying
  • Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
    • Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of investigator or detective work experience
