Process Support Tech I

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Process Support Technician. This position will focus on process improvements involving safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes.

Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements.
• Support safety and quality assurance initiatives to ensure product standards are met.
• Document and report findings, recommendations, and progress to the engineering team.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities within production and business processes.
• Develop manufacturing processes, standard work and create and maintain process documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
